Contacting Zilog Technical Support


We are happy to answer your questions about Zilog products, design tools, software and services. Our goal is to respond to your technical support questions within one business day.


To get started: First log in to the Zilog website - see the login section on the top left of this page.*


Once you are logged in, click the Create a Support Ticket link to your left, then complete the fields within the Customer Support Interface. Click OK, and you're done!


To determine the status of a ticket that you have already created, click Check Your Ticket History.


If you have any issues submitting a ticket, please contact our IT Help Desk.


*You must be a registered user on to enter a Customer Support ticket. If you have not yet registered on, simply click Register where you see it on the top left of this page.

To access our Customer Support interface, your browser must meet the following requirements:


• Best viewed with Google Chrome, Microsoft IE and Edge or Firefox
• Java Virtual Machine installed
• Javascript enabled

The Sample Center is managed separately
from Zilog's Customer Support services,
and therefore requires a separate login.
