The Z8F1681 MCU is a member of Zilog’s F6482 Series, the latest addition to the Z8 Encore! XP® product line. This device, like the entire F6482 Series, is based on Zilog’s advanced 8-bit eZ8 CPU core and is optimized for low-power and wireless applications. It supports 1.8V to 3.6V low-voltage operation with extremely low Active, Halt and Stop Mode currents, and offers an assortment of speed and low-power options.
