Contacting Zilog Customer Service

 

We are happy to answer your questions about product availability, lead time, pricing, orders, and requests for quotes, product quality concerns, and general inquiries. Our goal is to respond to your Customer Service requests within one business day.

 

To get started: First log in to the Zilog website - see the login section on the top left of this page.*

 

Once you are logged in, click the Create a Support Ticket link to your left, then complete the fields within the Customer Support Interface. Click OK, and you're done!

 

To determine the status of a ticket that you have already created, click Check Your Ticket History.

 

If you have any issues submitting a ticket, please contact our IT Help Desk.

 

*You must be a registered user on Zilog.com to enter a Customer Support ticket. If you have not yet registered on Zilog.com, simply click Register where you see it on the top left of this page.

To access our Customer Support interface, your browser must meet the following requirements:

 

• Best viewed with IE7
• Personal firewall disabled
• Java Virtual Machine installed
• Javascript enabled
• Cookies enabled
• If you experience issues using the Countries drop-down menu, please download/install the Java 2 Runtime Environment from Sun Microsystems.

The Sample Center is managed separately
from Zilog's Customer Support services,
and therefore requires a separate login.
