Zilog did a previous contest and that allowed internal entries, ( and international winners)
- if the prize is simple funds, you just draw a US$ cheque, and post it.

Just put that into the rules, that the winner(s) have to handle currency changes,
and that US law applies, if the legal guys are really worried.

Zilog is going to look a little inept, if they cannot handle international entries anymore !
(so you might wan to fix this..)

This is the exact goal of Amazon Gift Card prizes . What's the problem?
