Is there any open source zeno programmer (flash loader) availabe ?
Please let me know. A lot of people in the Asia can not buy even the cheapest flash loader because most of the government has restrict the use of online payment system. Like in Bangladesh, I need government permission to buy anything form the internet ! Use of international credit card is beyond our scope. So please upload a flash loader that uses serial port and handy component to make. Open source diagram is very important.

As a partial answer, you could look at
www.zilog.com/docs/appnotes/an0325.pdf
- this is a bootloader app, and if you can borrow a programmer, you can put this into your ZENOs and then not need USB.PGMR

Some companies ship uC with bootloaders installed (rather than totally blank), but I do not think Zilog does that ?
