We could use a smaller-package Z51F - any plans for a QFN16/QFN20 ?

The new part is based on the Encore family, and has of course a very current design like AFE (analog front end), Event matrix, Encryption, low power, USB (device) and other features that bring Zilog back with a modernized industry offerings.
The current plan is to target 64K flash with the initial packages of 44 pin and 80 pin LQFP, other packages to follow.

Currently, the smallest QFN we are looking at is a 24QFN.
I will submit your request for smaller QFN parts.

Thanks, the resource of the Z51F0410 is about right, but the package is too large.
Best alternative offering seems to be the STM8S003, which comes in QFN20

Will this be Wide Supply ? (1.8-5.5V) - the present Encore is killed stone-dead by the narrow Vcc range, and there are plenty of lower Vcc ARM variants.
Wide Vcc is something that allows 8 bit cores to still compete with NXP and Nuvoton et al.

From what I can see, the new part has the same voltage supply range as the other Encore family parts - 1.8-3.6v.
