Darin Billerbeck is Zilog’s Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining Zilog, Darin served 14 years in executive and management positions in the Intel Mobile Group's Flash Product Group. From 1999 to 2007 he was vice president and general manager of the Flash Product Group, managing a $2 billion business and directing the efforts of over 7,000 employees worldwide. In that position, he was responsible for developing and implementing Intel's Flash and Wireless strategic business plans. He served as director of design engineering for the Flash Product Group from 1997 to 1999 and as the group's director of packaging and test technology from 1995 to 1997. From 1995 to 1997 he was the Flash Product Group's director of operations. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from the University of California, Davis.

Perry Grace is Executive Vice President of Administration and Chief Financial Officer at Zilog. Perry has extensive experience in the high technology industry, having served in a variety of executive finance roles. Prior to Zilog, Perry served as Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer for Ramp Networks, an Internet security appliance provider acquired by Nokia in 2001. Perry also held a variety of finance and controller roles at National Semiconductor Corporation from 1987 to 1999. Perry holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance, Commercial Law, and Computer Science from Deakin University in Geelong, Australia, and is a chartered accountant.

Rick White, Vice President of Worldwide Operations is responsible for Zilog’s worldwide supply chain and manages all external foundries, assembly and test houses. Rick has extensive experience in silicon fabrication startups completing two while at National Semiconductor and an 8 inch silicon fabrication startup at Zilog. Prior to his time at Zilog, Rick held a variety of senior level positions in fab management and technology development at Burroughs, Unisys and NSC. During his last 10 years at Zilog, Rick has driven Zilog’s operational efficiency through a successful outsourcing model for internal fabrication, probe and final test resulting in a seamless manufacturing operations function that delivers world class lead times and quality. Rick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry and a Master of Science Degree in Physical Chemistry from San Diego State University.

As vice president of worldwide sales at Zilog, Mike Speckman is responsible for the top line sales growth of the company under its new management team installed back in late 2007. Prior to joining Zilog, Mike held senior management positions at leading semiconductor industry firms, including Fujitsu, Insilica, Waferscale Integration, AMD, and Symwave. Mike has an extensive track record in fine-tuning existing sales strategies and developing new go-to-market models that deliver results and ultimately achieve revenue goals. In his previous positions, he was responsible for developing, negotiating, and closing major OEM contracts, motivating direct sales and representative sales networks, as well as managing all operational issues associated with channel partners. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA).

Dan Eaton is Vice President and General Counsel at Zilog. Dan joined Zilog in 2001 and previously served as the Company's Director of Intellectual Property, managing the robust growth of Zilog's patent portfolio and increasing licensing revenues. Dan also possesses more than twenty years of design engineering and program management experience, leading several of the Company's high profile development programs. Prior to Zilog, Dan held management and engineering roles at both start-up and established companies including QuickLogic Corporation, National Semiconductor, and Krysalis Microelectronics. Dan is a licensed patent attorney, holds a Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from New Mexico State University.

Mike Orr is Vice President and General Manager for Zilog's Microcontroller Business Unit. Prior to joining Zilog, Mike served 30 years in various businesses, engineering, manufacturing and senior management positions at Intel Corp. From 2004 to 2007 he was Director of the External RAM Memory Business Unit, managing a $500 million business under Intel's Flash Product Group. In 2006 and 2007 Mike carried dual responsibilities in M&A activities, participating in the Intel - Micron NAND Memory manufacturing alliance and the creation of Numonyx from the Intel and ST Micro Flash Memory merger. Prior to that, Mike was the Flash Product Group Assembly/Test Factory General Manager at the Intel plant located in Shanghai China. Mike served in various Product, Packaging and QA engineering and engineering management roles for the Flash Product and Embedded Microcontroller Groups at Intel.
